My Culinary Philosophy

I’m a firm believer that a chef is only as great as their ingredients. Farm fresh and local produce is what I strive to use for my clients and at home. Scratch cooking and growing my own fruits and vegetables form the foundation of my culinary philosophy. Using seasonal ingredients enhances the flavors of my dishes, supports local farmers, and promotes sustainable practices. . By cultivating my own garden, I have developed a deeper connection to the food I serve, ensuring that every dish is crafted with care and respect for the ingredients that nature provides.

My Culinary Journey

Through my 11 years of cooking, I have gained my culinary knowledge working and traveling in multiple different countries and regions around the world, immersing myself in diverse culinary traditions and local ingredients. From cooking fondue in chalets high in the Swiss Alps, where the rich, creamy cheese melts to perfection in rustic settings, to cooking fresh caught halibut on a sailing yacht in rural Alaska, where the breathtaking views of the coastline inspire every dish, to preparing exquisite meals for UHNW individuals in various estates, ensuring each plate reflects their tastes and dietary preferences. I have developed a wide range of cuisines and techniques along my journey, learning the art of balancing flavors, the importance of presentation, and the joy of creating memorable dining experiences that celebrate the rich tapestry of global culinary arts.
